The Batumi Towers hotel complex, developed by Redco, officially opened in December 2019. Located in the center of Batumi on the Black Sea coast, the complex comprises a 35-storey, 205-meter tall building housing 91 residences and various commercial spaces.

A standout feature of the complex is the 5-star Le Méridien hotel, offering 105 exclusive rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and fitness center, multiple restaurants, a lounge, conference and event halls, a two-storey casino, and a panoramic Ferris wheel on the 26th floor. The total project cost is approximately $30 million, with Redco acquiring the Batumi Tower building for $25 million.
